Regarding WES education equivalency

My application no. E000760383 was rejected as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has determined that my application is rejected for being incomplete.
"Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
- Proof of education – which did not contain a Canadian equivalency in the form of valid Educational Credential Assessment"
I have done my WES assessment of both my Graduation and Post Graduation degree in 27 September 2016 with ECA# 3069661 IMM.
In my WES Assessment my graduation degree is equivalent to Bachelor's degree (three years) and my Post Graduation degree is equivalent to Master's Degree.
If my degrees are having Canadian equivalency in the form of valid Educational Credential Assessment, than why is my application rejected on these grounds.

I am exactly totally unaware about the reason of the rejection of my application.

Hi. Did you also include your diplomas/ degrees/ score cards aka transcript of records with the WES ECA?

Yes I have included my both degrees of BBA and MBA . I think that in my profile my consultant has wrongly filled my ECA no.of WES and that is the reason that my WES assessment could not get verified by IRCC.

Please a humble request to you to please check and tell me what exactly is the reason for the rejection of my application. I am right now very confused and worried about the same.

if the mail you received has mentioned the reason as no ECA for your education qualifications and since u feel that the consultant might have given the wrong ECA no. write to IRCC mentioning the correct ECA no and also that u have submitted all the relevant documents as well

Hello,
In my final upload of documents I just have mentioned my ECA# and not uploaded the WES Certificate. So, can it be a reason for the rejection of my application?
