Regarding visit sponsor

Hi guys,
My mother (age 74years) in law has 10 years canada visa my sis in law wants to visit with her for 3 weeks , how we which documents we need for sponsorship she is working in a bank.
1- do we need to buy tickets before apply?
2- who could sponsor I am PR and my wife and daughter has Citizenship?
3-do we need to attest sponsorship letter?

1. Don't buy tickets in advance.
2. You and your wife can provide an invitation but your SIL must apply on her own. I would suggest reading and posting in the visitor section. There is lots of valuable info if you look in other posts.
