Regarding transcripts of gujarat university

wanted a guidance

I did my transcripts and verification of my documents from Gujarat UNiversity India on Mar 2017. But did not do my WES and send documents to Canada. Can i do the WES with the same documents or i will have to reapply for the transcripts and documents at University ..hope so there are no chances of wes rejection with the above documents
