regarding today express entry draw October 12, 2016

Hi there,

I just got invitation from express entry. i have few questions if some one can answer.
I saw my e-mail and read thoroughly but couldn't find any medical request or documents request.
Am I suppose to fill out the forms first and than i will get these info
