Regarding the name on my SIN form

I received my SIN form about 2 to 3 days ago and noticed that my entire name was included in Family Name.
This how it's formatted:

First Name:
Middle Name:
Family Name: Adam Arshad Ali

Will this cause any kind of problems and require a change? or is it supposed to be like that?
