Regarding the ECA for Education

Dear Experts,

I have an Bachelors degree (which is my highest education in auniversity)in Electronics and communication engineering for which ECA is already done. My question is it possible to get the points for Higher secondary(Pre-University)education and High School education by doing the ECA for them alsr ECA of Highest degree is sufficient?

Can we do ECA for Credentials like PMP certification.

No - you won't get any points for a PMP certification.
