I am going to apply for express entry, but have little following concerns regarding my surname:-
1. I don't have surname on any of my credentials except passport and marriage certificate.
2. My wife doesn't carry my surname but she has spouse name with my surname.
3. Our son doesn't even have any surname and my name on his passport and birth certificate is without surname ,so does his mother's.
All in all, it looks like;
My name on passport-
Kuldip Singh ghataode
Spouse name- Sukhdeep Kaur
On my wife's-
Sukhdeep Kaur
Spouse name- kuldip Singh ghataode
On my son's-
Sahib Singh
Father's name- kuldip Singh
Mother's name- Sukhdeep Kaur
Is there any major issue which I can face at immigration enquiry or in PR process?
Do I have to change it or continue with the same?
