Hello, I am an international student in Canada. I came to Canada in 2021 and was studying computer programming at Seneca College but I failed two courses in my fourth semester which was the last semester after that I did not study for about 3 months and after that, I enrolled in the two courses that I failed but I dropped them again. I am not sure If I will be able to extend my study permit so that I can complete my course. I am also planning to enroll in a new course and start over the whole process in Montreal. I need advice on whether I should complete my course or rather take admission in a new course.

Seems like a waste not to finish 2 courses but you wouldn’t qualify for PGWP in your situation. If you dropped the courses that means you wouldn’t have been attending school for months. Your school could have reported you for not being a student and your stud6 permit could have been cancelled. Did you stop working when you weren’t studying unless on scheduled break?
