Sir ,

I would like to know my chances of getting a Student visa from India to Canada on a second attempt.I applied under SPP and my husband applied for visitor visa along with me on the same date, both applications were refused.

Previous Visa Applied on 21st June 2012.

Visa Refused due to the following reasons :
1) You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your Stay because :

a) You have not demonstrated that you or your parents have sufficient income and assets to justify your proposed studies.
b) Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, Language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Kindly go through the above mentioned information and advise me on how to re-apply for Student visa.

Thank You

If you are trying for another application, review that you have enough processing time before school resumption, else you will be refused on that.
In your next application, provide a cover note with precise responses to all the issues raised for your refusal and I really think one of the issues raised will need you to change your choice of course or justify why you chose a general degree like " business" studies in India when you have dozens of schools doing that. Your argument must be strong.
Hint: international education is preferred because of the advantages of diversity.... You can build up on that. We all really want international education mostly for that.
All the best!
I am working towards my own application after a refusal too.
