regarding spouse work permit very urgent plzz help

hi everyone
my husband got bc PNP approval last week in which my name is also mentioned.presently i am in india. his work permit will expiry in aug. nw what we are thinking is that he will cum to india and from here he will apply for workpermit with bc PNP approval letter and i will apply for spouse open work permit with his application.Is it possible to do so????????? I knw he doesnt need to cum to india for the extension of his work permit but this will give us time to be together and get our work visas 2gether. as we got married in nov.
I also want to ask is their any chances of refusal of his work permit or mine. as we already got BC PNP approved. how much time will it take in getting our work visas
I will appericate suggestions. i really trust this forum

You can come to canada as a dependent and then apply for open work permit when he applies for extension of work permit.

Both ways are possible.

But to be sure, follow the below link and the website will answer what type of visa you should apply

Nw we have decided to that he will apply online for exdtension of his work permit and it will cum in 3 weeks then i will apply for my spouse open work permit from chandigarh. Nw i want to ask should i attact his bc PNP approval copy in which my name is mentioned also? will this make my case strong ????? hw much time it will take ? and what are the chances of getting visa for me

Yes, you should attach a copy of the BC PNP approval letter. It usually takes a few months for spousal OWPs to be processed in Delhi.

I understand your case, You can apply for WP extension inside Canada. But since you couple wants to spend time together and get married in Nov. You can apply in India your BC PNP application together.

Have u done with the medical....i heard somewhere it takes 45 days after medical to issue the visa.
