I would like to know about some inquiry about my spouse.....

1. Will CIC inquiry about my spouse's educational credential?
2. Will they inquiry about my spouse's job history check?
3. Will they ask any document of my spouse's?

depends on what application you are talking about. You will need to be more specific.

If you want to apply under express entry and want to/can claim points for spouse's work and education then you will need to provide proof of those. If not, then not necessary.

I am talking about FSW 2014. I am the first applicant and I got point 67 without my spouse IELTS. But I claimed only her IELTS. Please clarify.

You mean you are the principal applicant and you have applied for the FSW 2014? If so then, you don't need to show any document for your spouse's education or work history. CIC won't care about those for the spouse.
