I got approved for my study permit on 9 December and my visa is also got stamped.

I applied online from india.

So now my concern is when should I apply for SOWP for my spouse ?

Should i apply now from india or later?

You can apply now there is no need to wait 6 months. SOWP are not guaranteed for spouses of international students. Because it says you can apply some people are under the impression that all spouses get approved.

Ok so is there any other way I mean if it didn't get approved then how my spouse can travel along with me ? Any idea ?

Yous spouse can also apply for TRV to visit you but I would suggest you to apply for SOWP.
