I am trying to migrate under express entry as a skilled social worker and open to PNPs. I have registered under NOC 4152 in EE Pool. I only have done with my WES assessment and not CASW. So my query is if I'm getting any PNP in Social Worker (4152) or Social Community Service Workers (4212) Am I supposed to submit a license ?? or CASW assessment is just fine? Will they accept PNP ITAs without a licence under NOC 4152? I have asked with many..but nobody has a clear picture. Please help me...

Doing CASW is a certificate of qualification?? Can we add it in EE Profile under Certificate from Province or Territory section ..?? Will Provinces accept it while we express our interest for their nominations?? & if we get PNP nomination with CASW will IRCC ask again for Licence??
Is marking NOC as Social Community Service Workers (4212) better than Social Worker (4152) in EE profile since it has almost the same jo description while considering for PNPs
