Regarding SDS

Alright so I have all the documents to lodge my file under sds. I have a query relating to sds. I know sop isn’t mandatory but a lot of people file their visa with it.. should I do it considering I won’t be able to attach any other document to show good financial standing. I have paid first year tuition fees and gic but that’s it I don’t have any other financial document to show in sop. Therefore my question is should I make one or don’t bother with it(agent[idp]suggested i shouldn’t attach sop)?

You should certainly attach an SOP, if in case your intent of studies differ from the past study, you could explain it to them. I would advise attaching it.

I completed my bachelor in commerce in 2020 and I have been admitted into post baccalaureate diploma in accountancy which isn’t different from my field of study. If you advice me to write a sop what would I write about financial resources I have to sustain my 2nd year of studies?

Can anyone assure me or tell me that a person has received a study permit even without submitting a sop? Please help me out

BCom passout of 2020, applied for 1 year PG certificate in accounting in ontario, curious to know if I would need SOP granted I pay full course fees and gather the required GIC

I don’t think you would need a sop as you have already paid for the full program and have sufficient finance for the year you’d be present in Canada. A lot of my friends have applied under sds without sop for one year program and none of them got a rejection!
