I want to get a reference letter from my current employer in-order to apply for Canada express entry (i hope i need to provide the one at the some stage of the express entry program). So regarding it , i have a doubt about to whom am i suppose to address at Canada high skill immigration office at the top left part of the reference letter and below the segment "To whom it may Concern". Could you please provide me about the exact recipient details i need to write for salutation. I humbly look forward for your quick help on this.
