Regarding RFV/PPR Mail

Hi All,

Need some quick suggestions with the EE Application.
My application AOR is 19th March and on 29th and 30th June I received couple of Ghost updates.
Would like to know how RFV and PPR mails work, by now I understand, RFV and PPR are same and it does not gets updated on the account, it's a thing which is only on E-Mail.

1) My account is managed by my representative and his Email is configured as account email, but my email id is the email of the primary applicant while filling the application.
On which email we do get the RFV mail? Is it the account's one or the applicant's email. If I am not wrong both are different?

2) Is there any other way to verify that mail has been sent or retrieve the information. Planning to call the IRCC today would update the information I could gather.
