Regarding returned application from CIC

Guys, good day, need help here, just want to ask regarding my returned application from CIC, I wasnt able to include schedule A and additional family info of my wife, which is the reason why is it returned to me, all the files that returned has pencil annotations and punch holes on all application including my LOA, just want to ask if I still needed to submit a new application or retuned my application with annotation and punch holes together with the missing document? and I just want to ask where to send it? is it still on this address? Thanks

One thing more, the processing fee with barcode is missing from the file, do I need to send another copy? since I have extra copy of it, do I need to include another copy, thanks

yea just attach the schedule dec A form and send the same application package and sure add a copy of your barcode too.
