I had worked in TCS from 2014-2016, and the account i was working is closed now and also the HR has moved to other account.
I requested for reference letter but the HR said that they have already issued the skill certificate and they cannot make further changes to it.
I also asked my manager, he is ready to give approval on the same. But due to covid he is wfh from he is hometown hence notarized could not be provided.
is there any other way that this could be done, ?
can i show the reply of HR and approval of my manager on a mail chain. Will this work and submit a LOE?
