Regarding processing fee

Just wanted to know how much would be the total cost for getting the PR.
Its a bit confusing on the CIC website.
It seems there are 2 components -- processing fee and Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).

Can some one please clarify.
I am trying to get the total cost for self, spouse and a kid under 1 years.

English exam
police certs

application fee $550 per adult, $150 for your child
Right of permanent residency fee $490 per adult, no fee for your child
