Regarding pr application

Hey I was recently approved a noc b job on my work permit, but only have noc c working experience in Canada.

Would I be able to apply for my pnp on what is stated on my work permit or will I have to wait until the 12 months in the current position stated on my work permit?

What immigration program. If for Express Entry, NOC C experience doesn’t count.

AINP - you can only use NOC A, B or 0.

The thing is my noc6525 was upgraded to noc6313 via work permit so I was hoping that wouldn't be a problem because we basically do the same thing except supervising staff and hire staff

You need to wait until you have worked for at least 12 months under the NOC 6313 work permit. In other words, you need to wait 12 months and cannot apply now. The only way you would be able to apply now is if you have at least 24 months of work experience in NOC 6313 in the last 3 years from outside of Canada.
