Regarding POF

Can you please how early to take the POF letter from Bank ?

Like, If I take it now and apply after month and half is it fine and acceptable by CIC or they look only for
latest balance within a week or so?

It's always better to give them a LATEST statement, and P O F Letter.

Hi im new here . Still in the process on gathering documents. But i have quesgion about POF. Are condominions considered real estate? Will. Ic allow condo title and bank states af proof of funds. Adding them up i can come with the amount needex to support a familt of 4.
