Hi, I am in Canada and my husband is in India. I am applying sowp for him. However, all the assets are in his Parents name . His parent have FD's worth $40000 CAD in which he is the nominee , also has power of attorney on the house. He has $8000 in his bank account which is his financial asset.
Can I show all these as personal assets in my application or he himself needs to own any asset?
