Regarding PDF form

Hi,

I am got my ITA and working on submitting my profile. I filled my details in the online form which took me to a page where I need to upload supporting documents.

As I understood, earlier there used to be a pdf form which we had to fill in the details and upload it. Do I still need to fill that form?

I am not able to find that pdf form anywhere but there is a link in the description mentioning if you have trouble downloading the form click here.

Please let me know if I need to fill that form and upload it too with supporting documents.

Also when I went to the supporting document first time, there was one segment as Optional documents with the description as client information.

Today when I went to the same page, this segment was missing. What am i doing wrong ?

It's a known issue. You need to log out and log back in to see it again. Take a screenshot to know which document needs to be uploaded where.
