Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear sr. Members,

I stayed in UK for 14 months in 2002-2003 with a student visa.

After completing my course, i back to my home country.

At that time, i opened a bank account,,but i did not close the account at the time of leaving and it is dead from the last 6 yrs.

Now i am preparing to collect PCC from UK,,,,,will it create any problem for getting my pcc????

Can anyone pls clearify me if u experience the same scenario?????

Thsnks all........

PCC only states criminal records and its not a credit report.

Hope this helps.

No you will not have any problem. I however suggest you send a letter to your bank and close your account. You never know what the account status is and you don't want you credit report to go for a complete toss. I know maybe you don't ever intend to return but still why have any negative thing next to your name.

1. Your unclosed bank account won't hurt your police certificate in any way.
2. That account has probably closed automatically after such a long time of inactivity. I am assuming you didn't leave any money on that account. But you could call and/or write your bank and close that account if you are nervous about it.
