do we need to scan and attach all the pages of passport while making application to cic post ITA.

I dont want my travel history to be questioned or any query where they ask me about my travel history. Please let me know if you have any idea?

Will it be good idea to get a new passport in exchange of damaged passport. It will definately change my passport number though...would it create more problem ?

not required. only the bio pages is enough.

But you have to declare your travel history in your application

You don't have to attach all the pages, but it doesn't hurt to do it. Personally, I will be attaching all the pages of my passport.

No. They don't penalize you for providing more than required information.

Nah. As Asivad said, you don't get rejected for submitting more than the required information. You can get rejected for submitting less than the requested information, though.
