Regarding Paper application system error

Hello there,

I have applied for my in-laws to attend my sisters wedding. Paper application was submitted to vfs May 24-2019.

Vfs Tracking shows that file has been inprocess since May27th.

I link paper application on May 30th. It shows that application was submitted on May 30th and just about 5-10mins after linking application the status showed Refused and please check message below.

There is no message on my email id or CIC account.

They have not dispatched any passports yet and no status change on vfs till today.

Is this a error or glitch in the system as it shows application was in process on May 27th and on CIC it states application was submitted on May30th the day I linked application. Please help. Thanks.

You can raise a CSE (case specific enquiry) using IRCC webform if you do not get an email or an update online or your passport back in next couple of days.

Thanks.. yea will wait few more days. It’s very rare but I hope it’s a glitch and they get their Visas.
