Regarding open work permit

hello everyone, after the application of post graduate work permit, can I able to apply for my husband’s open work permit or I have to until I get PGWP or I can add on the file for my husband OWP?

Rules are in link below but basically the PGWP holder needs a job classified as 0,A or B plus 3 payslips before a spouse OWP can be applied for

Thanks for reply. I am in application status for PGWP but I did not get it still. I have job letter for NOC A and 3 paystubs. I want to know can I apply for my husband at this point or can I wait until I get my PGWP?

As per the replies to your duplicate posts and others can comment as well but until you have your PGWP approved you are only on implied status pending a decision so not a work permit holder as per the guidelines for applying.
