Regarding Online Study

Hi,
I have started my master of science program in university of regina in May 2023.
Can i complete my entire program online and still be eligible for pgwp?
I am currently in Canada

because as per temporary covid-19 policy,,i come in Lock-in date of sept,2022-Aug,2023.

please provide me clarification

Can i complete my entire program online and still be eligible for pgwp? Why are you doing it online? Is this because campus is not open? If there is a temporary public policy in effect then you will be eligible for pgwp
