I want to apply offer letter at university of Winnipeg their academics requirement is 50% moreover i have 60 % at my 12th grade what is there acceptance rate i will get the offer letter or not should i mail the University regarding the acceptance does any body know about the matter???

The acceptance rate and the actual minimum grades required depends on the number of students they have that apply and what their grades are. Calling the university at this point in time will mostly just get a response that says that your application will be considered in the context of everyone who applies.
