Regarding notarization of documents

Dear all
pls let me know that if, translate four of my documents from Hindi to English, i have to give 4 affidavits from translator,either he can mention in one only.
2. Another thing, all photocopy in application, should be notarized or no need.

for translation of documents one affidavit is more than enoff in which all the four documents are mentioned clearly is accepted.
it is always better to send all photocopy documents (non-canadian) notarized.
