Regarding NOC

Hey everyone!
I am creating my express entry profile. I am applying for NOC 4021 ( English language Trainer). I am confused in some columns.
Please help me.
1. When did I became eligible to take up my professional?
Here I am supposed to fill the year and month of......
Bachelor degree?
Or
Master degree?
Actually I started my job after my bachelors and I have completed my master degree recently. So If I would mention there date of my master degree, will my work experience be considered or not?

And second column is....
2.Field of education

What should I choose in this column?
I have selected " English or French as a second language" as I did my masters in English literature . Is it correct?

1. This is the year when you were first eligible to practice your profession (the year you obtained your bachelors)

2. Doesn't matter, but preferably select the field of your bachelors education
