My profile is had done degree in civil engineering 4 years in india and am having two years of work experience in india am planning to do project management one year course after will get one year work permit after work permit is over how can i extend my stay or how can i apply for PR or any other option that can allow me to work.

To extend your work permit, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA and give you a job offer. Generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through this process.

If your aim is PR, it is a bad plan to only take a 1 year course in Canada. You should take at least a 2 year program so that you qualify for a three year PGWP.
