Dear Sir,
My current status in Canada is Temporary Residence Permit Holder and the expired date on the permit is September 11, 2018. Since I am sitting in the EE pool waiting for the ITA, I have to stay in Canada longer so I apply the Temporary Residence Visa which could allow me to stay 6 months everytime I come to Canada.
Now I am stuck in a question "Have you had a medical exam performed by an IRCC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months?"
I put the "Yes" as I actually did the medical exam when I applied for the Temporary Residence Permit in March. I am asked to upload the Proof of Medical Exam at this time as well, however, I don't have the medical report since the authorized panel physician directly sent it to IRCC with an electronic version.
So, what am I supposed to do in this case?
Thank you in advance.
