Hi guys, i am following this forum since from august, I am filing the app in October first week ...

My question is i worked in UK from 2010 to 2012, I have got everything (relieving letter , experience letter , Payslips ..... reference letter )...from an UK employer ... My doubt is i have worked only 37.5 hours a day according to UK job regulations ... i have seen some where the total number of working s should be 40 hours a week in forums if you are applying for FSW visa Canada ...

Is it mandatory to mention 40 hours of work in offer letter or its fine with 37.5 hours of work ...

Because my UK employer mentioned only 37.5 hours per week only, is it making any problem if i apply for FSW

Would any one please suggest me any ideas on this ....

Thanks in advance

37.5 hours per week is full-time work in the UK. I believe that CIC consider 30+ hours to be full-time. (From the CEC eligibility requirements)
