Is it mandatory to have relatives/friends in Manitoba in order to apply for PNP??? If yes, Is there any option for Manitoba if someone don't have any relative/friend in Manitoba.

Except SINP EE/OID and NSNP Demand EE category B,
In other PNPs Job offer or a lot of drama must.

Please, i need to ask some questions, while filling my EOI for manitoba, there was a question regarding my connection and i have one so i said yes, and another regarding my destination so i said winkler.
My sister was living in winkler then she moved a few months ago to winnipeg for a job
But the problem is that i have to prove that my destination is where my connection is living, in spite that at first, connection in manitoba is sufficient but now it is not sufficient, they need it to be in the same place where i will go, what shall i do ?
I wont live in winnipeg but at the same ti
