Regarding LMIA

My employer is ready to get me an LMIA but he never did it before....how to get LMIA ? i am currently on PGWP...also i heard about some provinces express entry what does that mean??

Hey guys .... try to look for jobs in small towns .... The employers in small towns might be willing to help to apply for LMIA cos they can't find qualified workers in small towns
