Regarding LIMA!!!!!!

Can anyone explain the whole process please. I'm working and my employer can provide me LIMA but i hear that before sending the application, we need to put advertisement for that specific job profile, in which 3 of them will be paid. is this true? and how much it will cost for the advertisement? my lawyer is asking too much money for the advertisement. He told me the name of the websites like indeed etc. but on these websites we can post add for free. Can anyone help me in that?

The employer must advertise on the Canadian Job Bank. Additionally, the employer must advertise in two additional places that meet the LMIA recruitment criteria. Free sites like kijiji and craigslist don't count. They need to be recognized employment sites such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Workopolis, etc.
