So i worked with this company and i was hired at $15 per hour but due to covid my employer start giving $2 per hour extra so i was getting $17. After 4 months my employer reduced my hourly pay from $17 to $15. In my experience letter employer has mentioned $15-$17 per hour. I was wondering if it's ok or i should ask my employer to elaborate more about the pay difference? Or may be i can just mention this in the LOE. Please help with this.
