Regarding Job Experience and MS

I am a BE 7th semester student and am planning to get 1 year of professional technical experience to add to my profile and make it a bit more strong.I have some queries related to that:

--> Will the University consider my application first over other students who have no technical job experience at all?

--> Will it be a bit easy to get into MS with Professional experience in good Universities?

depends on ur job experience....if u wish to go for masters with focus on research then ur work experience should be in research related field. if u have research experience in the field ur applying for masters then it would help otherwise it wont hurt but wont be a big deal.
