I am permanent resident ( only single applicant) but still I am residing in my home country.

I did very short landing of 5 days to complete the landing formalities in 2015.

Now can I still pay for income tax in Canada while residing in my home country !

There is no reason to do so. You don't yet meet the definition of tax residency.

You dont have to file an Income tax return in Canad as you are not a resident for tax purpose. If you have any Canadian Source income, then you have to file as a non resident
