1. You are probably too late for 2014 as there is only a waiting list now.

THX 4 ur answer but there is only 2 categories. I made kompass account but I can't continue because there is only 2 categories like young proffesionals and co-op and I need 3rd 1 that's working holiday visa. so what I suppose to do? How I'm gonna apply under working holiday visa if there is not exist under categories in kompass?

You can't apply in Kompass, because the quota for WHV full and I assume that the waiting list is full also.
