Regarding full time work rights after course completion

Good day! Could you please help me to understand about the full time work rights after course completion. Below is my case:-

1. My course will complete on 20 May 2022 and I have my study permit valid till 31 August 2022. If I am offered a full time job, can I start working full time right after 20 May 2022?
or should I wait for the course completion certificate and then apply for PGWP and with the applied status only I can work full time?

2. After May 20 to till 31 August 2022, will IRCC consider it as a vacation period? If so, I think I am authorized to work full time on vacation right?
If not, I think I have to sit idle more than a month to get the course completion certificate and apply for PGWP.

3. I have attended a few interviews now and may I know what I should tell them regarding the date of joining? [any options for me to start working full time right after 20 May 2022?]

Once you complete your program, you cannot start working full time until you have submitted your PGWP application.

1) No, you cannot start workign full time right after May 20. You can only start working full time once you have applied for a PGWP.
2) No, it's not classified as a vacation period and no, you are not authorized to work full time. See #1. You must submit your PGWP application in order to be able to work.
3) You should give them a start date that aligns to the date when you think you will be able to submit your PGWP application. If you want to start working earlier, the employer would need to obtain an approved LMIA and then you would need to apply for a closed work permit. Note that it typically takes many months for an LMIA to be approved.
