Regarding Form B4 & B4 A

Hi all,

I wanted to ask that is two persons are immigrating, can they fill a single B4 & B4A form in the combined name of the goods teken along or they both have to fill the forms seperately ??

If they are principal applicant and dependent ones, need only one.
