hi i had got approval from cio for 4131. now should i fill all the forms once again or should i sent the copy made previously which was sent to cio. also i have joined a new job after filing the application to cio which i have to inform them , how to fill the columns personal history in background declaration form and also in work experirience i had to add the new job. or is it ok if i write this changes in a separate letter. pls help

You need to fill out all the forms and see if there is change in any of the information originally filled. You should include any new information like passport number change, change in job or address. You can use another sheet to fill out the information which does not come easily on the preprinted form. Hope this helps. Please do the same in 120 days or your file might get closed.
