Regarding filling BSF186 form

Hi,

I have some query regarding filling BSF 186 form,

Say i would bring Clothes , bedsheet and pillow covers.

So in the form, I need to make separate entry for Clothes and Bedsheet and pillow covers or in single entry , lets say clothes, each of these will get covered.

I am wearing a silver ring , 2 years old and i couldnt find its bill, So is it necessary to have its value calculated from some jeweler.
