Regarding Employers

I am currently working with employment agency and it is not a permanent job. i never succeeded in getting job directly from a company. Is this going to affect me when i will apply under CEC?? must i work directly from a company?? I need to know. This agency is the only one that have hired me and gave me an employee id number and shifts.. They will be the one to support me by writing an employment letter etc during the time of my application. I am just curious...pls respond

Stella, have you tried asking CIC? I've been wondering the same thing about your case, and I don't think I've ever seen that situation discussed here before...

there is NO problem, as long as you were not Incorporated (which is self employed) and you were getting T4 instead of T4A then there is no problem.
