Regarding Education Points for ECA

I have applied for PR and have Masters degree from UK. I have originally did WES ECA in April 2019 and renewed it in April 2024 for next 5 year. While my PR application I put the WES Ref number but when my score calculated it doesn’t gave me points for Masters in education and education skills transferability 12 points. What to do in this Case. Did anyone face or has this experience
