regarding ECA report

I have completed my Master of Science in Computer Science & Eng. from a university in Bangladesh.
But after applying for ECA report from WES, they have sent me the reports saying my degree is from a non-recognized university. Does anyone have any idea, whether i can apply for the Federal skilled Worker program for canada and get the designated points for Master degree?

You can apply, but you won't get points for the unrecognized Master's degree.

what about your bachlore degree?

You will have to earn at least 67 points without that Masters degree in order to apply. Tell us about your Bachelor's degree.
