Regarding ECA, Any alternative for WES as WES changed rules

Hi All

I am from India, looking for ECA process, I got know that WEC recently (Dec 1st 2018) changed their rules
As per new rule Transcripts must be sent by University itself.
but I my case I already got them from University by hoping to courier them to WES by myself


So now is there any other accreditation that can accepts transcripts which sent by candidate by courier ?
If So, exists which one is best and also let me know the process steps by step if possible or share me the blog if explained it so where

DO NOT ASSUME this will be, "good enough". Do it EXACTLY like they want. They are assessing your ability to read and process English. Get them sent over again correctly.
