Regarding documents upload

Hi, have some questions.

1 What are the requirements for photo upload (resolution, size etc)

2 Are there any merits to combining multiple pdf pages into one file (given the tendency of EE system to be faulty, and sometimes just deleting files by itself)

3 I need to upload multiple PCC. One such PCC has stamps and signs on both sides of the certificate. Do I need to scan both sides of it?

For each specific section/placeholder, capture all the information as multiple pages of a single pdf file. Post ITA data transmission works fine, no glitches reported yet.

3 I need to upload multiple PCC. One such PCC has stamps and signs on both sides of the certificate. Do I need to scan both sides of it?

If there is relevant written information on both sides, Yes.

Hi all,

I need to upload multiple PCCs, and I think I was told to upload them in separate files. However the Upload File button, if there is another file there, will say the new file will replace the file uploaded previously. So how do I upload multiple files?

Upload them as multiple pages of a single PDF.
